Led the marketing and sale of a group of companies focused on the mining and processing of aggregate products integrated with a commercial concrete business. Potential buyers were qualified from across the United States and several offers obtained. The complex closing and diligence process involved mining, environmental as well as several side agreements all of which Mr. Chapman played an active role.

Represented several companies in the commercial trucking industry.

As President/General Manger led 3 different Specialty Materials companies in the manufacture and sale of Plastics and Coatings.
